At Life after Cancer, we run support groups, workshops, and 6-week programmes for individuals post-cancer treatment, led by trained coaches with personal cancer experience. 98% of our community members report feeling less isolated and experiencing improved mental wellbeing after attending our services.


About This Workshop


This one-hour workshop offers space to slow down, notice how you speak to yourself, and gently shift that inner voice towards something kinder.

Many of us talk to ourselves in ways we’d never speak to a friend. Life post cancer can make that inner critic even louder. This session is a chance to reflect on the thoughts, language and patterns that shape how you feel about yourself and to practise responding with more care.
