Life after Cancer Programme - Macmillan funded
30/JANUARY - 20/FEBRUARY 2020 PROGRAMME: BOOK YOUR FREE SPACE HERE
This is a coaching programme for anyone who has been affected by cancer. After our own experience with cancer, we quickly realised that the world was a very different colour post cancer. Cancer shaped our lives so we created this programme to support others in shaping theirs.
Life after Cancer Programme: The programme will be delivered through 6 workshops, over 3 Thursday's (one workshop in the morning, one in the afternoon), limited to 12 people. The workshops will help you to fulfil your potential after cancer by dealing early on with some of the issues that may have arisen by your diagnosis. We will encourage you to trust your whole self and to support you to live in a way that is in line with who you are after cancer.
Subject areas include: Life after cancer (values, beliefs, priorities); what we need to feel 100%, creating a life vision after cancer; the stories we tell ourselves and how we can re-write these, managing emotions, increasing confidence and decreasing fear. ⠀
During the programme, you will be given a one-to-one coaching session as well as an interactive, written workbook to capture your learnings, which can be revisited in the future.
