Support after cancer treatment

Life after Cancer offers support for adults over 18 who have finished cancer treatment and are navigating life after cancer.

We offer a range of support, including in person sessions in London, online sessions across the UK, one to one coaching, community events and support for workplaces.

All sessions are designed to support life after cancer treatment, whether you’re newly post treatment or further along.

“Life after Cancer is a wonderful community of people who have supported, encouraged and helped me after breast cancer treatment to find myself again.

I have attended numerous workshops, met experts and inspiring individuals and will continue to attend these wonderful events.

Where to start

You don’t need to know where to start. Some people join a peer support group to be part of a shared conversation.

Others come to workshops or expert sessions to build understanding and find practical tools.

Some choose the six week programme to spend more time exploring life after cancer alongside a small group.

If you’re unsure, you can also join our Welcome to Life after Cancer session. It’s a short online introduction to who we are, the support we offer and how people use our services after treatment ends.

You’re welcome to take part in one or all of these.

Our community is here whenever you need support.

What's On

Upcoming sessions and events, open to anyone navigating life after cancer.
