This is a coaching programme for anyone who has been affected by cancer. After our own experience with cancer, we quickly realised that the world was a very different colour post cancer. Cancer shaped our lives so we created this programme to support others in shaping theirs.

The programme will be delivered through 6 workshops, limited to 12 people. The workshops will help you to fulfil your potential after cancer by dealing early on with some of the issues that may have arisen by your diagnosis. We will encourage you to trust your whole self and to support you to live in a way that is in line with who you are after cancer.

Subject areas include: Life after cancer (values, beliefs, priorities); what we need to feel 100%, creating a life vision after cancer; the stories we tell ourselves and how we can re-write these, managing emotions, increasing confidence and decreasing fear.

Time and Date: 6pm - 8pm on Thursday 13/January, 20/January, 27/January 3/February, 10/February and 17/February. If you can't attend one of these dates, please let me know.

Cost: Free thanks to The National Lottery Community fund. A £15 deposit is required to save your spot, this is refunded once we begin the programme. Please consider donating to support our work. All donations will help us to reach more adults who've experienced cancer.

“This should honestly be recommended to every patient who’s experienced cancer”

“I thought I was alone in how I was struggling post cancer treatment, but this group opened my eyes and made me realise I’m normal. I never thought I would be able to address my cancer fears and anxiety, I thought it was just how I was and will always be, now I feel like I am back in control and have tangible strategies to help myself live to the fullest I can."

“I can’t stress how much the group and the people in it have lifted me and given me so much. Without the group I fear where my head and emotions was going”
