Key Dates and Practical Information

Check-in and Arrival

Check-in is from 5pm on Wednesday 21 January 2026. Our Welcome Dinner starts at 7pm, so please plan to arrive between 5pm and 7pm. The retreat address is: Calle Manuel de la Revilla, 8, Málaga, Andalucía 29017, Spain.

Flights and Transfers

Travel to and from the retreat, including flights and trains, is not included. Flights from the UK to Málaga start from around £40 (based on fares as of June 2025). A taxi or Uber from Málaga Airport takes about 20 minutes and costs around €25. Once our guest list is confirmed, we’ll help connect people who’d like to share travel where possible. We’ll also set up a WhatsApp group closer to the time to help coordinate plans.

Welcome Call

We’ll hold a short Welcome and Housekeeping call on Friday 16 January 2026 to go through final details and help you feel ready for your stay.

Payment Details

The remaining balance is due by 10 October 2025, with a monthly payment plan available if helpful. You can pay using the link below or by transferring to the account details provided.
