In person support in East London for people after cancer treatment
Each month, we run a free guided walk and a relaxed indoor meet up, led by coaches who’ve had cancer too. There’s no pressure to talk, and you’re welcome to bring a relative or friend.
These are friendly, welcoming spaces where you can be yourself, whether you’re new or part of our community, and whether you finished treatment yesterday or 10 years ago. We’d love for you to join us.

Indoor sessions for tea and conversation.
Join us for a relaxed hour of conversation, connection and tea at a local library in Waltham Forest.
These sessions are free and open to anyone who’s finished cancer treatment and would like to meet others who get it.

Post Cancer Wellbeing Walk
A gentle wellbeing walk at Walthamstow Wetlands
If you’ve finished cancer treatment, we’d love to invite you to join our guided wellbeing walks, held once a month between March and November in Waltham Forest, including Walthamstow Wetlands.

These free, gentle walks last around an hour and offer time outdoors alongside others who understand life after cancer. People walk at their own pace, some chatting as they go, others walking quietly.

Walks are led by coaches with lived experience of cancer and focus on connection, fresh air and shared time outside.
After attending, people can also join a small walking WhatsApp group to stay connected between walks.
