Free, one hour online sessions offering community, shared understanding and practical tools to support you at any stage after cancer.
Peer Support Group
These peer support sessions offer space for shared conversation about life after cancer. Each session is gently guided by a question, helping shape the discussion without pressure to share.
The sessions include:
• A group check-in to see how everyone is doing
• A guiding question to reflect on
• Optional breakout room discussions in pairs - share your experience, what has or hasn’t worked
• A final group peer reflection - share insights and hear what helped others


Workshop
Guided sessions focused on the practical questions and experiences that often follow cancer treatment..
Themes such as values, identity, confidence and purpose are explored, with space to reflect and take away ideas that can support everyday life.
All workshops are led by Life after Cancer coaches with lived experience of cancer, bringing shared understanding alongside practical steps forward.
Expert Session
Monthly online talks led by trusted professionals, offering evidence based insight and practical tools around topics that often come up after cancer treatment.
Each session focuses on a specific theme, with time to listen, learn and take away ideas that may feel helpful in everyday life.
