Simple Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy
Booking Your place is confirmed once you have submitted the sign-up form and we have received your 30% deposit. Payments Your deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due by 10 October 2025. Monthly payment plan available. Cancellations If you need to cancel your place: Your deposit is non-refundable. After 10th October 2025: no refunds can be given, as costs will have been committed to by this point. If we are able to fill your cancelled space, we will do our best to refund part of your balance (minus deposit), but this cannot be guaranteed. Insurance You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance to cover flights, illness, or any unexpected changes to your plans. Changes to the programme We reserve the right to make small changes to the retreat schedule or activities if needed due to weather or local conditions. We will always inform you if this happens. Health and personal responsibility By joining this retreat, you confirm that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the retreat and that you will inform us of any relevant health or accessibility needs so we can support you as best we can.
