Booking
Your place is confirmed once you have submitted the sign-up form and we have received your 30% deposit.
Payments

Your deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due by 10 October 2025.

Cancellations and Insurance:
Once you’ve booked, your place is confirmed and we’re unable to offer refunds. If we can fill your space, we’ll do our best to refund part of your balance (excluding the deposit), but this can’t be guaranteed. You must take out travel and medical insurance that covers cancellation, illness, and the activities included in the retreat. We can’t be held responsible for any costs if you're not insured, and we’re unable to advise on insurance policies - please make sure you’re fully covered before you travel.
Insurance
You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance to cover flights, illness, or any unexpected changes to your plans.
Changes to the programme
We reserve the right to make small changes to the retreat schedule or activities if needed due to weather or local conditions. We will always inform you if this happens.
Health and personal responsibility
By joining this retreat, you confirm that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the retreat and that you will inform us of any relevant health or accessibility needs so we can support you as best we can.
