Málaga Retreat

For adults post cancer treatment who are ready to think about what they want next.

The retreat is now fully booked. Join the waitlist to be the first to hear if a space opens up.

Join us this January for some winter sun and time to focus on yourself, surrounded by others who’ve also had cancer and get it.

Pause, reflect and plan your year in the warmth of Spain.

We’ll be based in a luxurious villa with a heated pool, just two minutes from Málaga’s best beach. This retreat offers space, structure and support to help you step back, reflect and set a clear direction for the year ahead.

Through coaching workshops, time in nature, yoga and conversations over nourishing food, you’ll be supported to think about what you want from 2026 and start taking steps towards it.

This retreat is for anyone who knows they didn’t go through cancer treatment just to settle for a life that feels half-lived.

Whether you finished treatment recently or some time ago, if you’re ready to think about what you want from 2026 - and invest time and energy in yourself to make it happen - this retreat is for you.

We’ll create a guided space to help you get clear on what you want and what you need.
