Lead by Pilates instructor Chloe from The Body People. The session will focus on stretching and strengthening the back, waist, shoulders, hips and legs.
The video covers simple and cancer safe Pilates moves that can be done at home to strengthen the body. No special equipment is required to get started building your strength at home.
