How to draw a mindful mandala

Follow a simple, guided video on how to draw a mandala for your own mindful moment.

Mandalas are often used as a meditation practice for healing and compassion.

Mandalas were first used in therapy by Carl Jung, who found that the act of drawing mandalas had a calming effect on patients while at the same time facilitating psychic integration.

Drawing and coloring a mandala is now a form of art therapy and meditation that has been shown to help fight stress, anxiety and more. The repetition of patterns, colours and shapes helps us to focus and stay in the moment.

We would love to see you own mindful mandala creation, share with us over on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
