Yoga for a restful nights sleep

Join a 9 minute standing yoga practice, specifically designed for your night time, winding down routine.

Establishing a regular bed time routine that incorporates relaxation techniques, such as yoga, can help quieten the mind and encourage the process of restful sleep and deep relaxation.

The video covers simple yoga techniques that can be done at home to encourage deep relaxation before bed. No special equipment is required to get started.

The yoga practice uses standing poses, allowing you to feel grounded, but you can also follow the routine in a seated position if this is safer for you to do so.

Before you start anything, please speak to your medical team to be signed off before beginning any new exercise routine.
